We’ll provide more information about some of the industrial machines that we offer

Air and gas compressors

Booster air and gas compressors are machines that compress pre-compressed air in the compressor to higher pressures.

This means that the compressor booster takes the pre-compressed air from the existing network. If higher pressures are required, the use of compressed air is a very effective way. This is because other methods of achieving higher air pressure, such as using high-pressure compressors, air boosters, and increasing the pressure of the overall system, are much more costly and inefficient. On the other hand, air boosters often use much less energy than using a high-pressure compressor, as they often start with pre-compressed air from the compressor.

Booster compressors are used to compensate for pressure losses that occur along long pipelines. But if the required air pressure of conventional compressors is not sufficient, the use of booster compressors can often be the best solution.

EN MTU natural gas system and equipment for electricity production

The new-generation engines achieve up to 44.3% electrical efficiency thanks to optimized combustion. Furthermore, their electrical output has been increased by up to 30%. These engines are being installed in MTU decentralized energy systems. The systems for generating heat and power have an electrical output of 1,110 to 2,530 kW and will be available as 8-, 12-, 16- or 20-cylinder variants.

These new developments allow natural gas to be used even more efficiently for generating heat and power. The MTU systems are used as gen-sets for producing power only in decentralized power plants or as modules in cogeneration power plants which supply both heat and power for residential areas, building complexes or industrial complexes.

Roboter

Robots for the automotive industry have demonstrated their unique skills in pressing, welding, assembling and moving parts.
Automatic spot welding is quick, easy and an excellent economical solution. Robots don’t take up much space, which is why many auto parts manufacturers are encouraged to use robots.
In addition to machining parts, robots can engrave sculptures and various types of wood on stone and resin surfaces.
Milling robots with CAD files are one of the most common methods of machining robots because they have much fewer problems compared to CNC.

In-Mold-Coating (IMC)

From IMCoatec is a reliable and reproducible automatic process to give parts of cars, called SMC (Sheet Molded Compounds), an excellent, paintable surface with minimal operating costs.
One-component injection molding system that creates a chemical bond between SMC and IMC.
Sheet Molded Compounds (SMC) are fiber-reinforced plastics that are widely used in the automotive and general vehicle industries due to their specific advantages:

  • Reduced weight
  • Complex design geometries corrosion resistance
  • Sensors and antennas can be mounted

CNC (Computer Numerical Control)

This machine consists of a minicomputer or microcomputer that originally acted as the control unit of the device and removed as many hardware circuits as possible in the control unit.
This computer is responsible for sending the necessary programs to cut or engrave metals and non-metals.
All the steps and gauge blocks of the parts are sent to the device through a computer and stored in the computer’s memory, and the programmer can easily edit the code, the programs. The program can be used for different parts and does not need to be repeated.
Commonly used materials are aluminum, brass, copper, steel, titanium, foam wood, fiberglass and plastics.
